Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

EzVisualizer is an audio visualizer and music visualizer that runs in your browser. It turns a song and cover art into a video and offers related tools for releasing music. Previewing is free. Downloading a video requires an account and, after your first free HD export, a paid pass or plan, as described on the pricing page. AI features, such as AI cover art, karaoke vocal removal and AI video shots, use credits. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You need an account to download videos and to buy passes or plans. Previews and the free tools, such as the MP3 tag editor and the album cover tools, work without one. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use music, images, or other material that you do not own or have the rights to use.
• Upload a song, photo, or other file to an AI feature unless you own it or have the rights to use it that way.
• Use AI video features, including photo animation, to show the likeness of a real person, such as a celebrity, a public figure, or someone you know.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Create illegal or hateful content. The service is meant for family-friendly use.
• Try to get around our prompt filters or other safety checks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

AI Features

AI features send the file and text each job needs to a third-party AI processor, and we keep the results for 30 days, as our Privacy Policy describes. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload for an AI job, such as a song you remove the vocals from or a photo you animate. We check prompts before a job starts and refuse requests for sexual content, graphic violence, hate symbols, or real or famous people; a refused request uses no credits. AI results can be imperfect, so review them before you publish.

Payment and Billing

Previews and some tools are free. After your first free HD export, video downloads need a one-time pass (Single HD or Release Kit) or a monthly or yearly plan (Starter, Creator or Pro); current prices are on the pricing page. A pass covers one song, matched to its audio file on its first export, and that song can be re-exported free for 30 days. AI credits come with plans each month and with the Release Kit, and you can buy more in credit packs; plan credits expire at the end of each plan month, and credits from the Release Kit and credit packs last 365 days. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Plans are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. All payments for passes, subscription plans and credit packs are final and non-refundable. If an AI job fails, the credits used for that request are automatically restored to your account. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us, and we will review the charge and correct any verified billing error.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You keep all rights to the music, images, and other files you use with the service, and we claim no rights in them. You must own or have the rights to the music and images you use. For that material, the videos and files you export are yours, including for commercial use.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may request that we close your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
