We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use EzVisualizer.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:

1. Account Information: Your email address, plus your name and profile picture if provided, when you create an account with an email and password or with Google sign-in. You need an account to download videos; previews and the free tools work without one.
2. Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
3. Device Information: Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
4. Cookies and Local Storage: Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience. These include session cookies that keep you signed in and a language cookie (PARAGLIDE_LOCALE) that remembers your language. Your tool settings may be saved in your browser's local storage, on your device. We may also use analytics tools to understand how the service is used.
5. Payment Information: When you buy a pass, plan, or credit pack, your payment is handled by a trusted third-party payment processor, and we keep a record of the order. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
6. Audio, Images, and MP3 Files: Our tools, including the visualizer, video exports, the MP3 tag editor, and audio analysis, process your audio, cover art, and MP3 files locally in your browser. These files are not uploaded to our servers. When a download uses your free export, a pass, or a plan, we store a fingerprint of the audio file (a SHA-256 hash computed in your browser, which cannot be turned back into the audio), the song title or file name, the date, and, for a Single HD pass or the free export, the aspect ratio it covers. We use this to apply your purchase and allow free re-exports for 30 days. Length, resolution, and frame rate are checked but not stored. AI features work differently, as the next item explains.
7. AI Features: When you use an AI feature, such as karaoke vocal removal, photo animation, or an AI cover generated from your description, the file and text that job needs (for example your song, a photo, or your prompt) are uploaded to our storage, hosted on Cloudflare R2, and sent to our third-party AI processor, Kie.ai, only to process that job. Kie.ai deletes uploaded files within 24 hours to 3 days and keeps the results for 14 days. We keep the files you upload for AI and the results in our storage for 30 days so you can download them, and then delete them. We also keep a record of each AI job (the feature, your prompt, the credits used, and the date) in your account.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Process transactions and send related confirmations.
• Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
• When you use an AI feature, with the third-party AI provider that processes it, Kie.ai, limited to the file or text that job needs. These files and the results are stored with our storage provider, Cloudflare (R2).
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. You can update your profile information in your account settings, and you may submit any other request, including access, export, or deletion, by contacting us at the email address below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
