Safety & Acceptable Use

What you may not create or upload with EzVisualizer, how to report content, and how we enforce these rules.

Last updated: 2026-11-02

Family-friendly, always

EzVisualizer is meant for family-friendly use. Keep the videos, cover art and lyrics you make suitable for a general audience, with no sexually explicit material. This policy adds detail to the Acceptable Use section of our Terms of Service.

What you may not create or upload

Don't use EzVisualizer to make, upload or share:

  • Illegal content: anything that breaks the law where you live or where you share it.
  • Hate and harassment: content that attacks people for their race, religion, gender or similar traits, or that threatens, bullies or harasses anyone.
  • Sexual content involving minors: any content that sexualizes a minor.
  • Violent extremism: content that promotes or praises violent extremist groups or acts, or recruits for them.
  • Impersonation: videos or artwork that pretend to come from a real person or artist.
  • Someone's photo or voice without consent: see the next section.
  • Infringing material: music, lyrics, images or artwork that you don't own and don't have permission to use.

Photos and voices of real people

Only use a person's photo or voice if they have agreed to it. If your cover art shows a band member, a guest singer or a friend, or your audio includes someone else's voice, ask them first. Don't use the tools to impersonate a real person, or to make it look like someone said, sang or endorsed something they didn't.

AI video goes further: AI video shots and photo animation must not show a real person at all, whether a celebrity, a public figure or someone you know. Don't ask AI cover art for a celebrity or other famous person either. Use AI for scenes, objects, artwork and invented characters.

How AI jobs are moderated

The visualizer and the free tools run in your browser. Previews need no account; downloading a video needs a free account. Your audio, images and lyrics are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers, so we don't see what you make with them. Following this policy while you use them is up to you.

AI features work differently. Karaoke vocal removal, AI cover art and AI video shots, including photo animation, send the file or text each job needs to our third-party AI processor, Kie.ai, and we keep the result for 30 days so you can download it (see our Privacy Policy). Only upload songs and photos you own or have the rights to use this way. Before a job starts, we check its prompt and refuse requests for sexual content, graphic violence, hate symbols, or real or famous people; a refused request uses no credits. The AI models run their own safety checks too.

Label AI content

Be honest about what AI features made. If YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or another platform asks you to disclose AI-generated or altered content, label it. Don't present AI-generated images or video shots as real footage of real people or events.

Reporting content

If you see content made with EzVisualizer that breaks these rules, or you believe someone has used your music, lyrics, artwork, photo or voice without permission, email support@ezvisualizer.com with the details:

  • Where it is: a link, or a description if there is no link.
  • What's wrong: which rule you think it breaks.
  • Your connection: if it uses your work, photo or voice, tell us how it's yours.

We don't post anything for our users, so videos shared on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or Spotify are hosted by those platforms. Please report them to the platform as well.

Enforcement

If an account is used to break these rules, we may suspend it. Our prompt checks and the AI models' safety checks also block requests that break these rules.

Appeals

If we suspend your account and you think it's a mistake, reply to the email we sent you about it. Tell us why, and include anything that helps, such as proof that you have the rights to the music or images involved.

Your music stays yours

We claim no rights in the files you use with EzVisualizer or in the videos and files you export. The visualizer and the free tools process your files in your browser, so they stay on your device; only the files you give an AI feature leave it, for that job. For music you own or have the rights to, your exports are yours, including for commercial use.

Copyright

Only use music, lyrics and images that you own or have permission to use. A lyric video or karaoke video of a song you don't own needs permission for the composition, the lyrics and the recording. If you hold the rights to a work and believe it was used without permission, contact us as described under Reporting content.

Worship teams and CCLI

Projecting song lyrics in church usually needs a CCLI Church Copyright License, and streaming a service online needs a CCLI Streaming License. If your church or worship team uses lyric videos or visuals in services, confirm what your own licenses cover. This section is general information, not legal advice.

Platforms

YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Spotify each have their own rules, and you must follow them when you post there. EzVisualizer doesn't post anything for you: you decide where and how to share your exports.

Age

You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
