Independent artists
Announce a single with a vertical clip, then post the full song on YouTube. Releasing on more stores? The Apple Music visualizer runs the same plan.
Spotify has no visualizer in its desktop app, so EzVisualizer gives you two real ones. Turn a song you release on Spotify into a promo video for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and YouTube, or play the Spotify web player in another tab and watch this Spotify visualizer react live. Watching live is free, the preview needs no sign-up, your first HD export is free with an account, and no download carries a watermark. Your audio never leaves your device.
No, not a built-in one. The Spotify desktop app and the web player have no visualizer. On phones, Spotify shows Canvas: a short loop the artist uploads, which repeats whatever the song does. So people who search for a Spotify visualizer want one of two things: a video of their song in motion, or visuals on a screen while Spotify plays. EzVisualizer is the music visualizer Spotify never built, and it does both. Without it, you run into this:
Built for artists who release on Spotify and promote everywhere else, and for listeners who want a Spotify music visualizer on a big screen.
Preview every style, frame and length free with no sign-up. Your first HD export is free with an account, and no logo of ours goes on your video.
Unreleased songs never leave your computer. Rendering and encoding happen in this browser tab.
1080×1920 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, 1920×1080 for YouTube (4K with a Release Kit, Creator or Pro), plus square and 4:5 posts.
Play Spotify in a Chrome or Edge tab and every style follows it in real time, full screen if you like.
Colors come from your artwork, so the promo looks like the release fans find on Spotify.
15, 30 or 60 second cuts start on the loudest part of the song. Drag the window to pick another moment.
From the file you sent your distributor to a Spotify visualizer promo you can post today.
Drop the song as MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC or OGG, plus your cover art. Use your own file: EzVisualizer cannot pull tracks out of Spotify.
Circle in 9:16 opens first. Try Halo, Spectrum Bars, Vinyl or any of the 13 styles, then add the title, artist name and your logo.
Keep the full song for YouTube, or pick 15, 30 or 60 seconds for TikTok and Reels. Clips start on the loudest stretch, usually the chorus.
Render at 30 or 60 fps and the MP4 lands in your downloads. Post it with your Spotify link in the caption, bio or a Story sticker.
A promo video you can post, and live visuals for the Spotify web player. Both work in the tool at the top of this page.
This is the tab-audio method. Open the Spotify web player in a Chrome or Edge tab and press play. Here, switch to Live, click Tab audio, choose the Spotify tab and tick Share tab audio. Your Spotify visualizer now follows the music in real time, and the fullscreen button sends it to a second monitor or a TV. It needs desktop Chrome or Edge, because other browsers don't share a tab's sound. For microphones and OBS, see the live audio visualizer.
Try Live ModeStart with the 9:16 cut, then press Make another size with the same look when it finishes: 16:9 for YouTube, 1:1 or 4:5 for the feed. Style, colors, title and logo carry over. For full songs and long mixes, the YouTube visualizer opens in 16:9.
Pick a FrameA Spotify visualizer should look like the release fans know. The palette comes from your artwork, the background can be a blurred copy of it, and Circle, Halo and Vinyl keep the cover in the middle. Prefer a set brand color? Pick one. The radial look has its own page: the circle audio visualizer.
Add Your CoverShort videos are won in the first second, so this Spotify visualizer reads the loudness of the whole track and starts a 15, 30 or 60 second clip on its loudest window, usually the chorus or the drop. Drag the window along the timeline to move it. Want the words on screen too? Use the lyric video maker.
Cut a ClipCanvas is the silent 3 to 8 second loop behind your song in the Spotify app. A Spotify visualizer video is the full sound-reactive version you post on other platforms. Make both from the same cover: the loop with the Spotify Canvas maker, the promo right here.
Make the PromoThe built-in demo song, a 34 second house groove at 120 BPM, with the Circle style. Both frames are live renders from the engine on this page.
What you are looking at
9:16 clip: 1080×1920, 30 seconds, 30 fps, H.264 video with AAC audio (up to 256 kbps), about 22 MB. 16:9 full song: 1920×1080 at the same settings, about 25 MB for all 34 seconds. Sizes are the estimate the tool shows before you export. Press Play the demo above to render this Spotify visualizer yourself.
One song and one cover give you a week of posts, made in one evening.
Post a 15 or 30 second Spotify visualizer clip of the chorus on TikTok, Reels and Shorts, with your link wherever the app allows one.
A 16:9 Spotify music visualizer of the whole track gives fans something to play on YouTube, and a link that keeps working after launch week.
Share the vertical clip as an Instagram Story with a link sticker that opens the song on Spotify. Repost it when streams dip.
Upload a 3 to 8 second loop in Spotify for Artists so the song moves in the Now Playing view, built from the same cover and colors.
What each mode takes in and gives back. Specs checked November 2026.

Straight answers about Spotify, visualizers and what this tool can and cannot do.
No. Neither the desktop app nor the web player has one, and there is no hidden setting. Spotify's phone app shows Canvas instead: a short loop the artist uploads. For visuals that follow the music, you need a separate Spotify visualizer such as EzVisualizer.
Open the Spotify web player in desktop Chrome or Edge and press play. In EzVisualizer, switch to Live, click Tab audio, pick the Spotify tab and tick Share tab audio. The visuals follow the music, full screen if you like. Firefox and Safari do not share tab audio, so this needs Chrome or Edge.
Not from Spotify itself, so EzVisualizer is the music visualizer Spotify fans can use: live visuals for the web player, free to watch, and promo videos of songs you release, free to preview. For a general audio visualizer, start on our homepage.
Spotify does not make one. Third-party Spotify visualizers such as Kaleidosync, Wayvl and vizz.fm connect to your account, and what they show depends on the access Spotify gives developers. EzVisualizer needs no install and no Spotify login: it listens to the tab audio.
Add the file you sent your distributor, plus your cover, to the tool above. Pick a style and frame, choose the full song or a clip, and export the MP4. Then post your Spotify visualizer on TikTok, Reels, Shorts or YouTube with your Spotify link.
Not a sound-reactive one. The only video Spotify shows on a track is Canvas, a silent 3 to 8 second loop you upload through Spotify for Artists. Make one sized to the spec with the Spotify Canvas maker.
Yes, in desktop Chrome and Edge. EzVisualizer's live mode reads the web player's tab audio, so every style reacts to whatever Spotify plays. Nothing is installed, and the sound is analyzed inside your tab.
No. This Spotify visualizer never downloads or rips tracks from Spotify. Promo videos use an audio file you already have, and you need the rights to that music. Live mode only reacts to what plays; it does not save the song.
No. There is no Spotify login, no API link and no auto-posting. You download the MP4 and upload it yourself, so EzVisualizer never sees your account.
Not from the Spotify app itself: phones and tablets don't let a web page hear another app or tab. Play the song out loud and use the microphone in live mode, or make a promo video from your own file, which works on a phone too.
Yes, with a plan; watching stays free. Press Record in live mode and the file saves to your device as MP4 or WebM, depending on the browser. It includes the sound, so only post recordings of music you have the rights to.
Only the spelling: visualiser is British, visualizer is American. An audio visualiser for Spotify in Manchester and a Spotify music visualizer in Chicago are the same tool, and visualisations for Spotify songs work the same way.
9:16 at 1080×1920 for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and Stories; 16:9 at 1920×1080 for YouTube, or 4K with a Release Kit, Creator or Pro. EzVisualizer exports both as MP4 files with H.264 video, which every major app accepts.
It is free to try. Previewing every style, frame and clip length needs no sign-up, and watching live mode is free. Your first HD export is free with an account; after that, each new song needs a pass from $4.99 or a plan from $7.99 a month, and recording live mode needs a plan. No download carries a watermark. See pricing.
No. EzVisualizer is an independent tool for songs you release on Spotify and other services. Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB, named here only to describe what the tool is for.
